I don’t know if this is fake news or real news; after all, I’m not ‘the Donald’, and he seems to be the only one who knows when news is real or fake.
But anyway, I was poking around on Fb earlier, and I was told by someone in the writing group I belong to– ONE of the writing groups I belong to, I should say– that I should try sending out links to pages like Amazon and Kindle where people can directly buy my book, because no one wants to spend two years googling a writer by name.
But that doesn’t make much sense to me; how does Google survive as a company if no one wants to use their service? I know I won’t get an answer here, but the question needed to be asked, even in a vacuum like this blog seems to be. Well, soon enough there should be some action on this page, though I still haven’t received the form from the people at DKWebdesigns about what they want me to write for the text content of my page. I’m going to have to go back to them and see what is going on if I haven’t heard from them by Monday, I think.
